The month of December is very busy! Parties, gift buying, decorating, travel and family become a focus, yet, somewhere mixed in there is the regular routine of school! Being together with the people we love is valuable, whether it’s baking cookies, shopping, reading a book, or sharing a meal. We all, children and adults alike, remember and cherish family times. TIME is the most important gift we can give to our families, and it is a gift we can give throughout the year. My wish to you is that this holiday season brings you many wonderful memories with your loved ones. Happy Holidays!
The week before winter break is a busy week for the entire Crossroads Community! In addition to teaching and learning, we have several events planned this week. For example, on Thursday the Preschool students will have their winter parties, and on Friday the kindergarten through 4th Grade Winter Parties will commence.
In addition to the fun and festivities that parties bring, we have our Holiday Sing scheduled for Friday morning! At 9:00 AM, second, third, and fourth grade will perform, and then at 10:00 AM kindergarten and first grade will sing for us! It is sure to be a festive week! Everyone is welcome to join us for the Holiday Sing! December 9th will be the First Annual Winter Wonderland at Troy Crossroads from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM ! We are very excited about the great events that we have planned.
